About the role
Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are seeking a Systems Implementation Coordinator to support, maintain, and optimize the information and operational systems used across our group of companies. Reporting to the System Implementation Specialist, this role plays a key part in ensuring system reliability, effective data management, and the successful implementation of new technologies aligned with business objectives.
This position provides hands-on technical support, manages system access and workflows, monitors performance, and delivers training to users across operations, accounting, and field teams.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support core systems, including Nektar, Eclipse, and other operational platforms
- Support KPI data collection, validation, and reporting
- Monitor company assets using Geotab and other telematics systems
- Support field and plant teams with system monitoring and troubleshooting
- Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Deliver training and ongoing support to employees across departments
- Develop and maintain training materials and reference documentation
- Maintain accurate system records and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience supporting enterprise software systems and users
- Strong understanding of data collection, validation, and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience developing training materials and documentation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
An Asset
- Experience in construction, aggregates, or heavy civil industries
- Familiarity with accounting and operational workflow systems
- Experience with system customization, reporting tools, or dashboards

Pay Scale $23 - $27 Per Hour
Successful candidates will thrive in a physically demanding, highly productive, and high-pressure environment. They will also have a strong drive to contribute to the team's success by working with operators and other crew members to perform a wide range of duties. Successful candidates will also be able to maintain a safety-minded and high accountability work culture while working with their direct supervisors, and other employees while maintaining an positive and respectful work environment.
