Lead, Member Services (Integrated Advisory)
About the role
Lead, Member Services Our Calgary client is seeking a Lead, Member Services to join their team. Responsible for enhancing the member community by delivering an exceptional experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement. This role builds trusted relationships with CPAs, CFPs, and internal and external resources, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the network. Working closely with senior leadership, this position plays a key role in driving satisfaction, growth, and long-term success within our member base.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with members and resource partners.
- Organize and participate in regular meetings to provide ongoing strategic support.
- Serve as the main contact for issue escalation and ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver a personalized, seamless onboarding experience for all member types.
- Partner with Learning & Development to integrate effective training into onboarding.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions to define member goals and growth strategies.
- Collaborate across departments (L&D, Marketing, Communications) to align resources and content.
- Plan and execute key member events such as the Forum and Town Hall sessions.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance member experience and outcomes.
- Model core values, contribute to team collaboration, and actively support continuous learning
Your strengths include:
- CPA designation preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, financial planning or wealth management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage members and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships across teams and partners.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with CRM, LMS, and project management tools.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary professional networks is an asset.
- Leadership experience and willingness to travel as required.
