Stores Coordinator Building Envelope, Construction Flynn Group of Companies Winnipeg, MB Our Flynn Canada Ltd. Winnipeg location is looking for a Stores Coordinator to join our team! A Day in the Life Pick / Pack and put away inventory Process packing lists and receipt purchases into Dynamics Purchase inventory materials from approved vendor’s and partners Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and forward to Corporate for payment Maintain a level of productivity and cleanliness within assigned space and scope Source out requests from departments when requested Work in close partnership with various departments, ie: Safety , Service , Roofing, Mfg Create and submit New Vendor request forms to Accounts Payable where applicable Order stock requisitions through X-Cart online “Flynn Store” Order and receipt into Dynamics, replenishment stock for the AGS “Flynn Store” Process stock-out transactions for all AGS “Flynn Store” requisitions Maintain a high level of communication with direct reporting management Monitor stock levels and adjust minimum/maximum order levels for stores Coordinating closely with Provincial Fleet & Facilities Coordinator Managing and coordinating fleet maintenance schedule and drivers Managing tool crib Other duties as assigned What We Offer Competitive wages and benefits RRSP matching Great environment where our motto is “Flynn Family Winning Together”!
