WHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

A typical day includes:

• Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• Driving a company vehicle to client stops — your daily route is organized for you
• Entering residential and commercial properties to inspect and treat for pests
• Talking with clients at each stop — explaining treatments and answering questions
• Completing digital service reports throughout the day

COMPENSATION

Trainee Technicians start at $43,000 per year plus a performance-based commission structure.

Licensed and experienced pest control technicians are considered at a higher compensation range — details are discussed during the interview. If you hold your Ontario Exterminator License and have field experience, we want to hear from you.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Here's what matters:

• A valid Ontario Class G driver's license with a clean driving record — this is a firm requirement verified early in the process
• Strong communication and customer service skills — you'll work directly in clients' homes and businesses every day
• Reliability and sound judgment
• Willingness to obtain your Ontario Exterminator License with our full support
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role

THE HIRING PROCESS

We move quickly. Here's what to expect:

• Step 1 — Application: Answer a few short questions. Your G-Full license status is confirmed early — please answer honestly.
• Step 2 — Screen call: A quick 7–10 minute call to confirm the basics and answer your questions about the role.
• Step 3 — First interview: A structured 30 minute online interview with our HR team.
• Step 4 — Manager interview: A 30 minute in-person interview with direct manager.
• Step 4 — Ride-along: A half-day in the field with one of our supervisors in your region.
• Step 5 — Final interview: A short video call with our VP of Service.
