The Opportunity

Ready to break new ground and become our go-to Amazon expert? We’re on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Amazon Marketplace Specialist to elevate our brand’s presence on Amazon! In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind boosting product visibility, skyrocketing conversions, and generating serious revenue across a high-volume, dynamic catalog. If you’re an Amazon aficionado with top-notch skills in Seller Central, ad strategy, and listing optimization—and have a sharp eye for detail and data—let’s talk about how you can make an impact with us!

What You’ll Be Doing Product Listing Optimization + Inventory Management [30%]

  • Leverage Amazon’s portal to enhance product listings for maximum visibility and sales.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO implementation to improve search rankings and product discoverability.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to enhance conversion rates.
  • Construct, refine, and monitor Amazon content, including descriptions and listing designs.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure adequate stock levels, prevent stockouts, and manage fulfillment.

Amazon Advertising Management [20%]

  • Develop and manage Amazon ad campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance, adjusting ad placement, targeting, and budget to achieve optimal ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and branding across all ad content.

Search Ranking Improvement [30%]

  • Utilize Amazon algorithm insights to develop strategies for improved search rankings.
  • Track search trends and algorithm updates to stay competitive and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to refine listings based on keyword performance and category trends.

Competitor & Market Analysis [20%]

  • Perform regular analysis of competitor listings, pricing strategies, and ad placements.
  • Identify opportunities for differentiation, implementing strategies to establish competitive advantages.
  • Continuously monitor the target market, analyzing sales channels to enhance product positioning.

You’re a Good Fit If You

  • Bring Amazon Expertise of 3
  • years in roles such as Amazon Marketing Specialist, Amazon Expert, or similar with a large catalog (200
  • SKUs) and high-revenue accounts.
  • Have proven experience improving listings, content, and conversion rate through SEO, keyword research, and content design.
  • Have expert-level skills in Amazon PPC management and campaign strategy.
  • Experienced with Amazon flat files and troubleshooting to resolve potential issues that arise on the platform.
  • Are highly skilled in Amazon marketplace optimization, leveraging advanced keyword research, SEO techniques, and data analysis to drive visibility and conversions.
  • Are detail-oriented, with a proven ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to product listings and ad campaigns for continuous improvement.
  • Consistently stay adaptable to Amazon’s evolving algorithms and marketplace trends, using your expertise to stay competitive and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Have proficiency in both creative and analytical approaches to Amazon PPC, crafting compelling ad content while executing precise targeting and bid optimization.
  • Are experienced with large-scale catalog management and skilled at structuring product listings with complex variations to maximize discoverability.
  • Have a strong communicator who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, aligning marketing, supply chain, and brand strategies to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Are proficient in using Amazon tools like Seller Central and analytics platforms, as well as third-party tools such as Helium 10, Teikametrics, and Excel to inform strategic decisions.
  • Are experienced in performance marketing, with a deep understanding of strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention, optimize ad spend, and improve overall ROI.
