Who you are
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Channel Partnerships to lead and grow our partner ecosystem. This role will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance customer success. The Director of Channel Partnerships will serve as the primary architect of our partner program, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term growth strategy.
What you’ll do
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute the overall channel partnership strategy, including recruitment, enablement, and retention of partners.

Identify new channel opportunities to expand market presence across key regions and industries.

Collaborate with leadership to align channel strategy with corporate objectives.
Partner Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with resellers, distributors, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier channel partners, ensuring alignment on goals, KPIs, and joint business plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify opportunities, and resolve challenges.
Enablement & Operations

Oversee the design and management of the partner program, including onboarding, training and incentives.

Partner with Marketing to develop co-branded campaigns, partner toolkits, and demand-generation initiatives.

Ensure operational excellence in channel processes, including deal registration, pipeline management, and reporting.
Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive joint initiatives.

Provide coaching and leadership to any channel managers or partner account managers on the team.

Represent the company at partner and industry events, conferences, and forums.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

8+ years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of building and scaling channel programs that drive measurable revenue growth.

Strong knowledge of SaaS partner ecosystems.

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to think strategically while executing operationally.

Strong presentation and listening skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.

An entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on outcomes.

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
