This role blends sales discovery, solution shaping, and delivery support. It is not a technical implementation or Business Analyst role—it is an advisory role focused on clarity, continuity, and execution.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with executives and functional stakeholders.
• Turn unclear AI requests into structured problem statements and success measures.
• Connect business needs to solution options such as Copilot, automation, and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Support the sales process through value framing and risk‑aware guidance.
• Partner with delivery teams during execution to ensure solutions are delivered as intended.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communicator with executive presence
• High learning agility and curiosity
• Comfort discussing AI in business‑friendly, responsible terms
• Experience partnering across Sales and Delivery
• Proven reliability, organization, and follow‑through

Nice to Have

• Experience in solutions consulting, advisory consulting, enterprise customer success, or transformation roles
• Exposure to M365 Copilot, workflow automation, or AI‑enabled productivity tools
