Belleville Toyota is a family run dealership and is one of the top dealerships for sales volume. We are looking for a leader to join our successful sales team. At Belleville Toyota, our Sales Management Team is responsible for building, supporting and mentoring a team of sales consultants that can achieve sales and revenue growth expectations along with providing a high standard of customer service.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the automotive business as well as taking ownership of daily challenges.
As Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Motivating, inspiring and leading the sales department
- Recruiting, overseeing and training sales consultants through the sales process
- Coaching sales team on best practices and providing advice and guidance to improve sales performance
- Completing team member performance reviews
- Oversee all activities occurring in showroom
- Manage & monitor daily traffic reporting
- Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with sales staff
- Develop and manage a guest retention process and seek out new prospective sales
- Proactively planning and organizing daily departmental targets to achieve monthly sales targets
- Taking ownership of guest experience
- Being a role model of the Belleville Toyota company culture
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years experience in a sales and/ or management role
- College diploma or University degree (an asset)
- Experience with CRM tool
- Proven ability to take on challenges with a positive mindset
- Superior communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail
- Valid OMVIC license
We offer a competitive compensation plan along with group benefit program. Successful applicants can expect to earn between $125,000 and $175,000 depending upon previous experience and job performance.
