Consumer & SDA Marketing Manager
About the role
The Role The Role Responsible for the consumer & SDA audience objectives and developing corresponding plans designed to meet them. Drive a programme of digital marketing activities that are aligned to the marketing playbook and market strategy.
Works closely with several cross functional teams including Marketing, Design Engagement, Global Digital, Global marketing to set priorities and plan for a broad range of activities across both audiences.
You Will
- Work closely with our Global Digital team on website enhancements and analytics insights to maximise the market customer experience and drive sales.
- In conjunction with our Global teams, develop customer review acquisition programmes.
- Work closely with our Global Digital Team to develop market specific insights.
- Propose new opportunities in order to ensure that our brands are at the forefront of digital activities.
- Work closely with the CRM teams (HQ and locals) for acquisition, prospects.
- Understand the audiences, current and future and deliver insights to drive the business.
- Use of and reporting on all digital activity and insights gained from analysis, as well as key audience profiling to target potential members.
- Weekly reporting on all acquisition activities including digital tracking to determine ROI and measurement of effectiveness.
- Manage CEX digital marketing stream, briefing campaigns for acquiring, nurturing, retaining and renewing revenue.
- Continuously test, measure, report and improve performance across all channels.
- Work with digital marketing team to ensure product & trading strategies are supported by the digital marketing strategy for all channels.
- Working with global media performance team, report on digital campaigns and on the traffic and engagement KPIs to the business to influence learnings and future strategies.
- Share digital customer insights and competitor activity with the business.
- Monitor key metrics and customer behaviour to help implement improvement strategies
You Have
- Experience of managing digital communications.
- Excellent understanding of the digital landscape. Relevant experience of the principles and practice of successful digital and social media communications, including using and reporting on web and social media analytics to conduct audience research;
- Understanding of the wider Digital Marketing landscape (PPC, SEO, Paid Social and Programmatic channels)
- Very good understanding of Google Analytics.
- Proven experience in leading branded digital strategies
- Ideally direct experience of marketing a premium clothing / lifestyle brand.
- Experience of direct consumer marketing alongside retail and wholesale channels.
- Proven commercial experience in measuring the return on investment of digital marketing.
