Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a detail-driven Accountant to join our Finance team and help shape the future of our Retail & Hospitality operations. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, driving insights, and supporting strategic decisions.
Accountabilities & Impact:
- Perform month-end processes and prepare monthly working papers and reconciliations of specific accounts
- Perform daily and month-end reconciliations including reconciliation of revenue, labour and other operational cost
- Support for Finance team on regular budgeting, reporting and analytical tasks
- Analyze general ledger accounts
- Support inventory processes: investigate variances, and improve reporting and/or process flows
- Assist in monthly and year-end management/audit queries
- Maintain procedural documentation and create SOP’s for key processes
- Support analysis related to cost, volume, profit
Skills & Experiences Needed:
- Completed Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2-5 years progressive accounting experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and the ability to connect the dots and follow data flow in various financial information systems.
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems

We offer competitive compensation that recognizes individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
