SGI Canada is looking for a Manager to lead our Claims team in Winnipeg, MB.

We want to hear from you if you:

• have strong leadership and negotiation skills
• can lead of team of professionals with empathy, authenticity and fairness
• have knowledge of the insurance coverages, lines of insurance, and benefits provided by the policy wordings of the property and casualty insurance products
• have knowledge personal and commercial property insurance theory and the principles, practices, methods, and techniques related to the settlement of claims
• want to leverage your leadership skills for good – like actively supporting SGI’s culture, expanding your own learning and supporting your colleagues as they do the same
• want to leverage your leadership skills for good – like actively supporting SGI’s culture, expanding your own learning, and supporting your colleagues as they do the same

Typically, these skills are gained through a four- year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business, and 8 years’ experience compromised for four years leadership experience and four years’ experience in claims adjusting .
