Join our team as Wellness Manager - Temporary Full Time!
As Wellness Manager, reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for managing health and wellness service provisions for our residents by promoting a high quality of service and resident independence in our retirement community.
The following traits and qualifications are required:
Registration with the College of Nurses in good standing (either a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse)
Experience in administration and supervision and working knowledge of appropriate legislation
Must be able to function smoothly and effectively amidst many distractions. Ability to prioritize and dealeffectively with competing prioritize
Current CPR and First Aide
Valid drivers license
Must demonstrate excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Must demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education and participate in mandatory educational in-services
Must be computer literate
