Food & Beverage Supervisor (Seasonal – April to October 2026)

Are you passionate about hospitality and interested in learning more about careers in the private club industry?

We are looking for aFood & Beverage Supervisorto help lead our restaurant team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will play a key role in supporting daily restaurant operations, mentoring front of house staff, and ensuring a seamless connection between service and culinary teams.

Unlike traditional restaurants, private clubs focus on building long-term, lasting relationships with members and maintaining consistently high service standards. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, engaging with guests, and growing their hospitality leadership skills in a supportive, professional setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Champion a consistently high standard of service, serve as a visible leader on the floor, ensuring efficiency, organization, and adherence to established service standards

  • Coach and support front of house team members during service

  • Create a welcoming, memorable dining experience for members and guests

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure excellent service flow

  • Ensure all opening, closing, and shift change procedures are followed accurately and
    consistently

  • Support training and development of team members

  • Address performance concerns professionally and constructively, escalating when
    necessary

  • Assist with club events, tournaments, and special functions

  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations, ensuring a safe environment
    for members, guests, and staff

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience is an asset

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences

  • Knowledge of food & beverage service (wine and cocktails an asset)

**Work Schedule:**Primarily evening shifts, 5 days per week, Wednesday through Sunday, based on Club operations.

**Contract period:**April – October 2026

Compensation: $4,300 - $5,000 per month

At just over 6,300 yards from the blue tees, it is certainly known for its difficulty as opposed to its length, but at par 71, many players will tell you it plays longer than expected.
