Position Purpose
The Online Home Services Manager will expand and grow the online presence of Home Depot’s Home Services by growing digital traffic, improving the customer experience, and driving site enhancements. In partnership with various stakeholders, the manager will identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve SEO, consumer engagement, site visits, and lead conversion. This role is responsible for delivering and rebuilding key components of the Home Services online experience and related analytics. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., US Home Services) to develop rollout plans for Click-to-Install and Click-for-Service, including operational requirements. As new Pro Referral and Installation Services are introduced across Canada, the manager will support business managers in generating online awareness and traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison between e-commerce (UX, SEO) and IT teams to deploy landing pages for Installation Services and Pro Referral.
- Drive digital traffic and web leads using SEO, paid search, social media and best-in-class web experiences.
- Manage the online experience for Home Services web leads and including click-for-service, click-to-install, and localized content.
- Lead quick wins to improve customer experience and deploy new/improved content.
- Maintain strong relationships with business partners (service providers, merchandising, CRM, finance, US counterparts).
- Document and automate business processes; build process maps/workflows.
- Develop reporting tools to measure effectiveness and share progress with stakeholders.
- Implement web tracking and dashboards to monitor traffic and lead conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate home services data into dashboards.
- Provide data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Contribute to forecasting based on data and feedback.
Experience / Knowledge Required:
- Demonstrated success in online lead generation and conversion optimization
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in a large organization.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business is an asset.
- Certification in digital marketing, SEO is an asset.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to business solutions.
- Ability to interpret data to describe business activities.
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, MS Office.
- Intermediate knowledge of SEO, web content development, BrightEdge, Conductor and Contentsquare.
