About the role

Position Overview

As a Pharmaceutical Machinery Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within the industry such as procurement managers, engineering and operations managers, and other company leadership. Leveraging your knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment, companies, and products as well as industry regulations, you will educate clients on product benefits, address their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Your role will involve regular territory management, strategic account planning, and meeting and/or exceeding sales targets to support the company’s growth initiatives. Successful candidates will have a proactive, solution-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering client success within the healthcare landscape.

Qualifications: Education: Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or a related field (preferred) Pharma / Pharma Equipment: Minimum 3 year pharmaceutical equipment sales experience including strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging machines, their applications, and industry standards; injectable pharma industry sales experience an asset Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM software, and general website navigation Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored and custom solutions Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in prioritization; able to work independently, with a proactive approach to achieving and/or exceeding sales goals Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes & equipment is required Travel: Must be willing to travel frequently and attend industry events in USA monthly.
