Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Administrative Assistant to manage and maintain accurate data records while supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, efficient, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. This role is critical to ensuring smooth business operations and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data across various platforms and databases

Enter, update, and manage records in spreadsheets, CRMs, or company databases

Generate reports, summaries, and analytics for management and team use

Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and document preparation

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality at all times

Conduct data verification and quality checks

Support team members with data-related tasks and information retrieval

Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and data management

Identify opportunities to improve data handling processes and efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Data Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Specialist, or in a similar administrative role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data management tools

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM systems, database management, or cloud-based platforms

Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools

Basic knowledge of project management and workflow optimization
