Must Have Skills 1 – 2 years of Customer service experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-2 Years Banking experience (Supports the execution of payments, transactions, service requests, administrative activities ) Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerBI)
