Inbound Call Centre Representative **Location:**Regina, SK

Directors' Choice is seeking dedicated and detail-orientedCall Centre****Representativesto join our rapidly growing team. In this vital role, you'll handle calls for a large number of Funeral Home accounts, with high levels of empathy and compassion.This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage a high volume ofincoming calls, greeting callers with a polite and pleasant demeanor. -Accurately gather and relay essential information, ensuring all message details are thorough and precise. -Verify and meticulously enter informationinto our system, providing clients with confidence that their issues will be effectively communicated.

Qualifications:

  • Awelcoming voiceand an upbeat, professional tone. -**Strong command of the English language,**including excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Proficiency in aWindows-based computer environment. -Exceptionaltyping skills -Excellent attendance record.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and be 18 years of age.

**No prior experience is required;**we provide comprehensive training in a positive, team-focused environment designed for your success.

Compensation and Benefits:$17/hr with a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a RRSP with company matching (waiting period may apply).

Shifts:

  • Full-Time - 40 hours
    • Monday, Tuesday, Friday 12pm-9pm, Thursday 12pm-7pm, and Saturday 3pm-1am CST (Sunday/Wednesday Off)
  • You must be available to work evenings, a weekend shift, and holidays
  • Training starts on March 30th for three weeks, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
