Type: Full-time | Internship-to-Career Track
Compensation: $19/hr (no commission during internship phase)

What You’ll Do:
- Learn the Ropes:
Get fully immersed in the day-to-day operations of a busy, successful dealership. You'll shadow our best, ask questions, and get your hands dirty. - Earn Your OMVIC Certification:
Don’t have your OMVIC yet? No worries—we’ll guide you through the certification so you’re set up for success. - Brand & Product Training – New AND Used Cars:
From the latest Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram models to pre-owned vehicles and off-make brands, you’ll learn how to confidently sell any vehicle on the lot. - Sales Strategy & Skill Building:
We’ll train you on professional, customer-first sales techniques, how to build long-term client relationships, and how to navigate our CRM and digital tools. - Performance-Based Growth:
There’s no set timeline—you’ll move at your own pace. Once you’re consistently selling at a level where commission would exceed your hourly wage, you’ll graduate to full Sales Consultant status.
Who You Are:
- A recent grad, student, or someone looking for more than “just a job”
- Naturally social, curious, and competitive in a good way
- Great with people, comfortable talking to strangers, and always eager to learn
- Interested in sales, cars, or a new challenge
- Hold a valid G driver’s license
