About the Role
As a Policy Advisor, you'll be the driving force behind developing, implementing, and maintaining critical processes and policies that support our contract rate market. You'll play an essential role in our harmonized services implementation, working at the intersection of policy development, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of policies that enhance our contract rate market, including facilitating the annual sustainment meeting process.
- Serve as a vital liaison between engineering/operations groups and sales teams, ensuring consistent understanding and application of policies and processes.
- Lead the bi-monthly customer newsletter process, coordinate internal and external communications, and maintain assigned company website pages.
- Become the go-to expert for policy and process-related questions, staying current on regulatory developments to inform necessary communications.
- Deliver information sessions to account managers, develop training materials, and maintain the department SharePoint site with up-to-date resources.
- Identify areas for improvement by working closely with account managers and stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to implement process changes and communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and working experience with PowerBI.
- Experience with contract customer markets and utility/government environments is a plus.
