Job Title: Project Manager
Work Location: Ontario, Toronto, Canada (Onsite)
Job Summary / Role Summary
We are seeking a senior level leader who can provide operational and technical oversight across these platforms while serving as the single point of accountability for production support delivery operational performance and support team effectiveness This role is intended to complement the existing AMS team by providing dedicated leadership operational accountability and governance rather than additional development capacity
Primary Skills
This individual is expected to
Lead production support operations triage activities and major incident management across Phoenix QRIS and related integrations Own day-to-day delivery accountability and support outcomes Provide leadership direction and oversight to AMS resources Perform hands-on analysis and troubleshooting of complex production issues when required Drive root cause analysis remediation planning and operational improvements Protect and institutionalize critical application knowledge currently concentrated within key support resources Partner closely with HSB leadership to manage priorities escalations delivery risks and support performance Support knowledge transfer activities and help mature the overall support model Operate independently as a senior technical and operational leader Own executive business and operational communications related to production support activities The ideal candidate will possess strong experience leading complex production support organizations managing legacy and integrated application environments driving operational excellence and establishing clear ownership and accountability within distributed support teams Experience with insurance systems SQL Server environments vendor management and AMS delivery models is strongly preferred This resource must be equally comfortable providing strategic leadership and engaging directly in technical problem solving when necessary

Extensive production support and service management experience Proven experience leading vendor delivered or AMS support teams Strong ownership mindset and delivery accountability Capable of independent execution and decision making Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and elevate support organizations Strong stakeholder management communication and documentation skills Experienced in managing complex business critical application portfolios
