Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for patients with neurological, concussion, and pain-related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans.
• Provide therapy focused on functional recovery, return-to-work planning, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, physiotherapists, psychologists, and kinesiologists.
• Participate in EACR, ECAT, and other funded rehabilitation programs.
• Accurately monitor, document, and communicate patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on treatment approaches and self-management strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current registration/license to practice in British Columbia.
• Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy and rehabilitation.
• Experience or strong interest in neuro-rehabilitation and pain management is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
