1 full-time/ part-time physician is required as soon as possible for a well-established group clinic in beautiful Qualicum Beach, BC. The current physician is seeking 1 or 2 physicians to either practice-share for two 3 days/week or to take over the patient panel of approximately 1200. He plans to slowly transition into retirement but is happy to stay on during this time.

Friendly and experienced staff as well as an in‑practice RN and visiting pharmacist make this a wonderful team‑based care opportunity!  Patient population: General patient population, consisting of all ages and complexities. Oceanside and area utilize the Healthlink Health Connect Registry to quickly and equitably manage the patient waitlist

Benefits

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA) including:

  • Recruitment Incentive‑ $10,000 (for full‑time)
  • Fee Premium‑ 4.62%.
  • Annual Flat Fee‑ $7,159.68
  • Rural CME starting at $2,200/annum in years 3&4, then increasing to a maximum of $4,400 after 4 years in the community.
