What is the opportunity:

Reporting to the Manager, Training Delivery, the Administrative Support role provides service and support to the Manager of Training and Training Administrators.

What will you do:

  • File, document and database management for access to instructional materials across platforms.
  • Document QA including formatting, proofreading, and processing in accordance with department project management requirements.
  • Administrative support to cover vacation schedules (telephone, database entry, filing).
  • Administrative support for day-to-day business operations as required.

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum High School completion, some post-secondary training preferred
  • Experience with electronic filing systems, SharePoint and web design
  • Good understanding of computer networks/electronic filing and proficiency in computer use, particularly document management, organization and formatting (MS Office)
  • Ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
  • Exemplary interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
