Administrative Assistant, Training Delivery - Summer Position

What is the opportunity:
Reporting to the Manager, Training Delivery, the Administrative Support role provides service and support to the Manager of Training and Training Administrators.
What will you do:
- File, document and database management for access to instructional materials across platforms.
- Document QA including formatting, proofreading, and processing in accordance with department project management requirements.
- Administrative support to cover vacation schedules (telephone, database entry, filing).
- Administrative support for day-to-day business operations as required.
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum High School completion, some post-secondary training preferred
- Experience with electronic filing systems, SharePoint and web design
- Good understanding of computer networks/electronic filing and proficiency in computer use, particularly document management, organization and formatting (MS Office)
- Ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
- Exemplary interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
