Main Responsibilities:

Timely delivery of all planning deliverables

Build the project schedule based on the internal WBS standard, contractual objectives, and data provided by the PrPM.

Contribute with the PrPM to Earned Value Management.

Highlight and manage the critical path and risks related to the project schedule.
-
Include interfaces with partners and the Client in the project schedule.
-
Analyze the project schedule to identify gaps or issues.
-
Participate in periodic project planning sessions.
-
Provide an updated schedule status in a timely manner, highlighting the gap between actual and reference.

Focus on early identification of potential delays (critical paths), including schedule risk status and margin.

Prepare the schedule and progress reports for the PrPM or Partners.

Comply with standard project planning procedures

Contribute to feedback and continuous improvement, share best practices, and plan models

Detail the tender schedule based on reference library models, gap analysis, business commitments, and PXO (Project Business Organization) tender strategy.
Performance Measures:
-
On-time delivery of schedule analysis for tender team decisions: critical paths for major milestones, planning risks, standard metrics measuring schedule robustness.

List of potential gaps between the project schedule defined in the tender and the reference library schedule of the platform.

Approved project baseline (internally and by the Client).
-
On-time delivery of all deliverables requested to meet RFP requirements
-
Regular and consistent schedule updates with potential delay analysis.

Standard metrics measuring schedule robustness.
Educational Qualifications
Engineering degree or degree in Business Administration/Management is an asset.
5 years experience in a planning development role
Practical experience of generating and maintaining schedules in MS Project , Primavera P6 software, Planisware and others
Railway industrial experience will be an advantage.
