Responsibilities

Coach and support merging Partners on various Human Capital (HC) matters—such as change management, culture, and policy application—ensuring alignment with Firm objectives
-
Support local Regional Human Capital teams throughout the integration process providing guidance and resources
-
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders and HC leadership and colleagues across the Firm to ensure success of integrations
-
Take an intentional approach to all communications considering impacts to successful
outcomes and smooth transition for an integration
-
Follow the Integration Project Plan and regularly assess and proactively communicate on status of deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and successfully achieved
-
Be agile and readily able to adapt when priorities rapidly shift
-
Exercise a high level of critical thinking and analysis skills to review data and provide
recommendations for approach, knowing when to gather more information and when all considerations have been addressed

Employ an extreme level of attention to detail skills and always approach situations without preconceived notions or opinions
-
Clearly present findings, questions for consideration and recommendations in both formal presentations and less formal meetings
-
Complete required analyses and secure approvals to ensure accurate information is gathered to support informed decision making and thoughtful transition recommendations
-
Draft and provide supporting documents including presentations, email templates and letters
-
Ensure required meetings are scheduled according to project plan and deliverable deadlines
-
Manage UKG setups ensuring high level of accuracy and data integrity
-
Participate in key cross-functional projects during periods of lower workload, contributing to initiatives that drive increased operational efficiency and overall effectiveness
Skills and Experience
- Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty
- Completion of, or working towards, CPHR designation is an asset
- 5 years of HR leadership experience
- Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
- Proven change management, project management, relationship building, strategic communication, payroll, benefits and HR strategy and operations skills
- Previous experience with mergers and acquisitions is an asset
- Previous experience with in-depth analysis is an asset
- Experience with UKG Pro or other HCMS is an asset
- Preference for bilingual French and English
