To join our team in BC. We are seeking an outgoing and personablePart‑Time Market Outreach Specialistto support the delivery of energy efficiency programs across British Columbia. In this role, you will lead outreach efforts to drive awareness and adoption of energy‑efficient technologies by building strong relationships with customers, contractors, and Trade Allies. You will support market engagement through events, presentations, and targeted outreach, while collaborating with internal teams to advance program goals. This role requires local travel and a strong focus on relationship‑building, program performance, and customer satisfaction.

- Drive awareness and adoption of targeted energy‑efficient technologies to achieve outreach and energy‑savings goals.
- Lead market outreach efforts, including customer and Trade Ally recruitment, engagement, and relationship management.
- Build strong partnerships with contractors and Trade Allies to support effective program delivery and marketing.
- Plan and deliver outreach events, presentations, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, contractors, and internal program teams.
- Research target markets, identify key opportunities, and grow a registered Trade Ally network.
- Integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve satisfaction and participation.
- Collaborate across energy efficiency programs to advance projects and follow up on leads.
- Monitor program performance, manage activities within budget, and support continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular activity reports and travel as needed to support program objectives.
Exciting candidates will have…
- 3+ years of experience in sales, outreach, or relationship‑based networking.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience working with Trade Allies.
- Ability to travel and work evenings or weekends as required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and access to reliable transportation.
- Must be located in British Columbia.
Targeted Compensation:
$33-$35/h
Compensation Range
$25.70 - $44.55

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
