What You Can Expect
Responsible for coordinating and analyzing contracts with national group purchasing organizations, regional buying groups, medical surgical distribution companies, integrated health systems, and individual facilities in the public sectors of the domestic market. Thoroughly understands and applies good contract management principles. Strong analytical skills are required for position.
How You'll Create Impact
- Track tender websites to identify and coordinate business opportunities.
- Manage ZBC contracts internally from the RFP stage to contract initiation, contract maintenance, and reporting.
- Analyze contract/pricing agreement terms and conditions for coordination with Zimmer Biomet Global Legal Team
- Development and maintenance of an RFP Database
- Act as internal lead on contract pricing discrepancies to resolution & prevention via system maintenance with internal team.
- Coordinate post-award ROSA/ZB Edge contract life-cycle
- Coordinate with Marketing Department on NPI loads, contract additions, contract analysis and product discontinuations.
- Coordinate with Sales Department contract pricing discrepancies and coordination of signed pricing agreements
- Provide training within the assigned distributor’s office which will enable the field organization to optimize price & sales potential.
- Maintain master proposal and contract files to support the audit process and document contract compliance.

- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, an understanding of the dynamics within the distributors, excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Understanding of the overall business environment within the medical device industry.

- Demonstrated ability to use excellent analytical skills, including details pertaining to contract terms & conditions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales reporting software
- Influence the direction of the field offices regarding contract management.
- Highly motivated, self-starter willing to meet strict deadlines and time constraints.
- Friendly, Strong Customer Service Urgency and Orientation
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in the medical device field.
- Strong written and oral communication in both is essential.
- Bilingual preferred (English & French)
Travel Expectations
Up to 20%
This is a hybrid position
Expected Compensation Range: $80,000 - $125,000 CAD base with 16% target bonus.
