Your role
As the Vice President of the Canada Region for Power Technique North America LLC, your mission is to lead and drive the sales, marketing and service activities of our organization in that region, ensuring that we meet our sales revenue and product management profit and loss targets. You will be accountable for developing and executing strategies that increase our market share and drive profitability across various channels. You will have a strong focus on innovation, marketing automation, connectivity and digitalization of operations to further optimize processes and maximize efficienciet. You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for all of the Power Technique Business Lines, with particular focus on the power and flow channels.
You will:
- Drive business through a proactive sales management process and by be being an active and visible presence within the channels and with end users.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales, marketing, and business development strategies aligned to the interests and needs of the customers.
- Focus on continued development of a high-performing sales and service team.
- Cultivate relationships with potential customers in collaboration with the Regional Sales Managers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Perform in-depth market research and pricing analysis to optimize our product positioning and ensure competitiveness.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand our market presence and explore new opportunities for growth.
- Ensure the proper implementation of critical sales management tools such as C4C.

- You have 7 years of experience, working as a Business Development Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
- You have a bachelor's degree in business, engineering or similar, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have had P&L responsibilities for a geographic territory and organization of a size that is similar to our current organization
- You have worked at the management level for a portable equipment dealer, distributor or rental company for portable industrial equipment such as air compressors, generators, light towers, pumps, energy storage systems, and related tools, services, and accessories.

Job location
Option 2: Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely (1 day per week) and being on-site at our Service Center (4 days per week) in Varennes, Quebec, Canada - - except when business travel is needed to visit customers [up to 50% of the time].
