We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring the MAAX brand to life across print and digital channels. If you’re passionate about design, love exploring new trends, and enjoy working on a wide variety of creative projects, we’d love to meet you! This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) reporting to the Creative Director.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll play an important role in developing creative assets that support our brand and business objectives. You will: Create and produce engaging print and digital content, from concept through to final delivery. Design creative assets for email campaigns, newsletters, social media, websites, and other digital platforms. Develop print materials and prepare production-ready files for final delivery. Ensure all creative work is consistent with our brand identity, visual guidelines, positioning, and creative direction. Perform photo retouching, image editing, and visual enhancements. Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, Management, and Web teams to bring projects and ideas to life. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and meeting deadlines. Contribute creative ideas and concepts during brainstorming and project development. Take ownership of projects from the initial concept and design phase through to final production. Maintain organized project files and ensure creative assets are properly archived. Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices and bring fresh ideas to the team.

What We're Looking For

A college diploma in Graphic Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, and/or relevant certification in print and web design. 5+ years of professional graphic design experience. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience managing creative projects from concept to final delivery. Strong understanding of both print and digital design. A creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and a curiosity for new trends. The ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality creative work within tight deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. A collaborative, positive, and team-oriented approach. Excellent spoken and written French. Good spoken and written English. Why MAAX?
