**Position:**CES Registration Administrator - Fulltime Permanent

**Start Date:**Approximately April 27, 2026

**Location:**Can be any part of our region in Southwestern Ontario. Employees in this position are currently working remotely.

Compensation:$18.00-$20.00 per hour

In this role, you will:

  • Follow YMCA of Southwestern Ontario policy and procedures
  • Act as a YMCA ambassador, demonstrating YMCA core values in your daily work
  • Input children’s registrations into the association’s operating system and provide payment details to the families
  • Liaison with Municipalities and other 3rd parties for family subsidy information
  • Review all registrations and return to Directors when incomplete
  • Complete amendments and withdrawals and give payment details to the families
  • Link/post 3rd party payments
  • Complete subsidy reporting to municipalities (OCCMS)
  • Update fee changes and input new courses and instances
  • Collect returned payments from families, determine suspension of care with Manager approval, and send accounts to manager for collection
  • Amend family information as required
  • Review and complete any amendments from the class list checks
  • Process and link funding rebates
  • Prepare refund transaction and form and submit for approval and processing
  • Work with the Finance department on tracking and reconciling child-care specific funding and spending as directed
  • Support the Finance department in meeting the reporting needs of Child Care
  • Perform other sundry duties as assigned

Education & Skills Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, analysis and computer skills including Microsoft’s Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher and Acrobat Pro
  • Well developed organization and time management skills
  • Strong mathematical and problem solving skills
  • Commitment to customer service and teamwork
  • 1-2 years of experience in a reception or administration position is an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience with a registration system is an asset, Avocado is preferred
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
