Position #: 200287 Expected Start Date: June 08, 2026 Union: SEIU Facility: Lucky Lake Health Centre City/Town: Lucky Lake Department: Chronic Resident Unit Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: January 20, 2027 FTE: 0.19 Shift Information: Evenings, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: Per 4 weeks:- 1 shifts of 11.78 hours- 2 shifts of 8 hoursRelief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Extended Shift Hours (11.78) Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range) Travel Required: No Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)Competencies- Communication skills- Interpersonal skills- Organizational skills- Basic - Computer skillsKnowledge and Abilities- Ability to work independentlyOther Information- If no qualified applicants unqualified applicants may be considered- May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives- Valid driver's license, where required- Food Safe certificate, where required- Required education or equivalent must be completed within a specified timeframe- Official Description at: //www.working-for-health.ca/supportjobevaluation- Scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period.
