Competitive Pay starting at $22 - $25 per hour. Rotating shift (2 weeks days/2 weeks afternoons). 7.5% shift premium when working afternoon shift ($23.65 - 26.87 per hour total).

What You'll Do:
As a Machine Operator at SPIROL, you'll be integral to our production process. You will operate and set up machinery, inspect products for quality, and ensure that all specifications and standards are met. Over time, you'll also learn to perform basic machine setups and assist with tooling changes. We offer a comprehensive training program.
No experience? No problem! If you've got mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
What Your Day will be like:
- Setting up and operate machines efficiently and safely
- Inspecting products to ensure they meet strict quality standards
- Performing in-process inspections, enter SPC data, and reset machines as needed
- Accurately report work hours to work orders using the Transcollector system
What We're Looking For:
- A high school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
- Flexible to work a day/afternoon shift rotation
- Safety-conscious and eager to learn
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Ability to obtain overhead crane and forklift certification

Bonus Points If You Have:
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience
Familiarity with inspection tools or measuring equipment
Forklift or overhead crane experience
The ability to read blueprints and technical documents
Knowledge of SPC Data Collection
