The Manager, Organizational Effectiveness leads the design and implementation of organizational effectiveness and workforce planning solutions, ensuring organizational structures, workforce plans, and talent strategies are aligned with business priorities. This role partners closely with the Strategic Workforce Planning function, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and People Analytics to translate workforce insights into organizational design, restructuring, and capability-building actions. The Manager plays a critical role in optimizing spans and layers, supporting workforce planning cycles, and enabling business transformation initiatives, including restructuring and M&A. Acting as a strategic advisor, this role ensures that organizational decisions are data-driven, forward-looking, and aligned with enterprise talent strategies, supporting sustainable organizational performance and growth. What will you do? Strategic Workforce Planning and Organizational Effectiveness: Lead organizational design initiatives (structures, spans and layers, role clarity), ensuring alignment with business strategy and workforce plans. Translate workforce planning outputs into practical organizational solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness. Workforce Planning Integration & Talent Strategy Enablement Partner with the Analytics and Planning team to support alignment of Business and HR cycles, including headcount planning, workforce forecasting, and talent risk mitigation. Help translate workforce insights into organization actions (e.g., restructuring, redeployment, capability gaps). Work as a thought partner with People Analytics to collect and analyze workforce data and market trends. Provide Insight to HR stakeholders on workforce trends and organizational effectiveness metrics. Transformation, Restructuring & M&A Support Lead and support organizational aspects of strategic business initiatives, including restructuring and M&A. Provide org design, workforce impact analysis, and integration planning, ensuring alignment with broader talent and workforce strategies. Data-Driven Insights & Governance Leverage workforce data (spans/layers, headcount, productivity, engagement insights) to inform decision-making. Partner with People Analytics and SWP to provide integrated insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders. Define and implement organizational effectiveness frameworks, tools, and guidelines. Build capability across HRBPs and leaders in org design and workforce planning practices, ensuring consistency and scalability. What you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Related Field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce planning, HR, or organizational effectiveness. Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects or initiatives. Expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, and change management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence effectively across departments.
