Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Provide recommendations and answer any menu-related questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables throughout the meal.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with kitchen to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or server role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be SmartServe certified.
