We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Finance Data & Analytics team as an AI enabler, driving the transformation of finance operations through intelligent analytics solutions. In this role, you will spearhead the adoption of AI-powered analytics that support critical investment decision-making, strengthen risk controls, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

You will combine deep technical expertise with strategic consulting to architect and deliver scalable, governed data products using cutting-edge technologies including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Generative AI. Working in partnership with internal Technology Teams and finance stakeholders, you will translate complex business requirements into actionable AI-driven solutions that embed intelligent automation and predictive capabilities into core financial workflows.

This position operates in an agile environment across multiple data domains, requiring both advanced technical skills and a strategic consulting mindset to drive meaningful business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and build AI-enhanced analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Generative AI to support finance decision-making and operational efficiency

Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents that streamline finance data processes and enable self-service analytics capabilities for stakeholders

Analyze complex finance business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for scalable data products that deliver actionable investment insights

Build and optimize ETL pipelines and data workflows using SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Snowflake to ensure reliable, high-quality data delivery

Partner with finance subject matter experts, data engineers, and AI specialists to deliver solutions that meet user needs and drive adoption across the organization

Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and quality standards using tools like Collibra, maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance

Research and apply emerging capabilities in Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies to enhance solution performance and business impact

Analyze business opportunities and develop compelling cases for new analytics initiatives, including roadmap planning and ROI projections

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred

5+ years in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data analytics, with 2+ years developing AI-enhanced solutions

Demonstrated experience building autonomous AI agents and workflows using Copilot Studio and Generative AI technologies

Expert proficiency in Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate

Consulting background (Big 4 or similar) with proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive stakeholder adoption

Experience designing and implementing AI adoption strategies, including change management and user training programs for finance teams

Strong analytical skills with ability to develop business cases and evaluate ROI for analytics initiatives

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with finance teams, technical specialists, and executive stakeholders
