Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Range Hood Assembler / Polisher / Packer to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance, contributing directly to our company's reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assemble range hoods from components according to specifications
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Polish range hoods to a high-quality finish using appropriate tools and materials
- Inspect polished surfaces for defects and ensure consistency across finished units
- Clean, polish, and rework range hoods as required
- Pick parts and prepare completed units for packaging
- Package finished range hoods into boxes for shipment
- Stack and move materials and pallets
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks (approximately once per month)
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Experience with surface finishing, polishing, or buffing is an asset
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Previous assembly or electrical experience is an asset
- Training will be provided to the right candidate
Requirements for Success
- Minimum high school diploma
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
