About the role

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within SaaS, AI, or Automotive Tech sectors
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities — able to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills at all levels (including C-suite)
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable with dashboards, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; other languages are a plus
  • Have strong understanding of SaaS business models, partner economics, and channel go-to-market strategies
  • Feel passion for technology, AI, and digital transformation in the automotive industry
  • Have been previously successful at building or scaling partnership programs or dealer network relationships from early stage to maturity

What the job involves

  • As a Partnerships Account Manager, you’ll play a strategic role in building, managing, and scaling Seez’s partner ecosystem — including resellers, technology partners, and automotive groups
  • You’ll support the end to end partner lifecycle: identifying opportunities, structuring collaborations, training and enabling partners, and ensuring joint success. This role combines relationship management, commercial acumen, program design, and operational excellence — with close collaboration across Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • You’ll report directly to the Expansion Manager and play a key part in shaping Seez’s overall partner strategy
  • Partnership Program Development:
  • Design and implement a scalable partner program (tiers, incentives, enablement frameworks, certification models)
  • Define partner segmentation, onboarding journeys, and success criteria aligned with Seez’s growth objectives
  • Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to set partner revenue goals, forecasts, and KPI frameworks
  • Develop joint business plans with key strategic partners (go-to-market, integration, co-marketing)
  • Partner Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for key partners
  • Manage relationships across multiple partner types (dealers, resellers, integrators, tech alliances)
  • Drive partner satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive engagement and joint value creation
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell and expansion opportunities via partner channels
  • Occasionally join partners when meeting with their clients to present our solutions or deliver reports on performance
  • Partner Enablement & Training:
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate partners on Seezar’s product, sales process, and best practices, together with the Product team
  • Build certification and knowledge-sharing frameworks for sales and technical partners
  • Host regular partner webinars, Q&A sessions, and product update briefings
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create sales enablement collateral, case studies, and partner success stories
  • Performance Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Track and report on partner performance metrics (revenue contribution, lead generation, activation rate, NPS)
  • Produce monthly/quarterly partnership reports for leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain CRM accuracy for all partner accounts, agreements, and activities
  • Work closely with teams across the organisation (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance) on different initiatives
  • Partner revenue growth and contribution to total pipeline
  • Partner activation rate and time-to-first-deal
  • Partner satisfaction (NPS, retention, engagement)
  • Number of trained / certified partners
  • Accuracy and impact of partner reporting and insights
