The bigger picture We’re looking for a detail oriented, problem-solving team player to come on board as our Internal Solutions Analyst in Regina. In this role you will be responsible for supporting and guiding team members through the development and delivery of department specific training. As a subject matter expert, you will lead internal departmental projects and support organizational project teams where required.

How you’ll be spending your time

  • Develop and lead training for the Internal Solutions Centre team in regard to existing and newly implemented processes
  • Collaboratively support all individuals, teams, projects, and initiatives within the organization by providing input, knowledge, and feedback within areas of expertise
  • Ensure organization wide consistency by adopting process changes; by assisting with roll-out where feasible and by supporting others to adopt and follow them
  • Collaboratively work together internally and externally to support our members and communities

The experience you bring

  • 4 years experience within a financial institution
  • Knowledge of registered products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of Ovation

Salary Range:

$62,110 - $77,640 with 9% Short-Term Incentive Target
