Position Overview:
The Marketing Assistant will work as a member of the marketing team in a fast paced high- expectation environment where marketing plays a critical role in supporting sales performance and growth.
This role is suited for highly organized, detail-oriented marketing professionals who thrive on execution, coordination, and follow-through, and who enjoy supporting multiple channels within a structured marketing team.
About the Role:
Marketing Operations & Administration
- Complete purchase requisitions in Salesforce and process marketing invoices
- Track marketing spend and maintain organized records and documentation
Marketing Store & Sales Support
- Manage the marketing store, including inventory, ordering, and fulfillment
- Process sales support requests for merchandise, promotional items, and collateral
- Coordinate shipping to branches and sales teams
- Liaise with vendors for quotes, proofs, mockups, and order management
Channel Execution Support
- Support Channel Specialists in executing approved marketing plan tactics
- Coordinate timelines, assets, ordering, and internal follow-ups for channel initiatives
- Help move channel strategies from plan to delivery
Project & Creative Coordination
- Support signage, showroom, and branding projects
- Brief designers on sales enablement and marketing projects as needed
- Ensure creative assets align with brand standards and intended use
Asset Management

Maintain organized folders for marketing images, videos, and creative assets

Ensure sales teams have access to current sales enablement tools
What Success Looks Like:
- Marketing requests are handled efficiently with minimal follow-up
- Invoices and purchase requisitions are accurate and on time
- Channel initiatives are executed smoothly and on schedule
- Vendor projects stay on budget and meet timelines
- Marketing assets are organized, current, and easy to access
- Positive customer feedback and strong internal partnerships
What we are looking for:

1–3 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or administrative role

Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working with internal teams, vendors, and systems such as CRM tools
Your Skills & Background
- Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related field is considered an asset
- Equivalent experience in marketing coordination or operations will be considered
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, LLMs, and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
