Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a qualified teacher who must possess:
- A Manitoba Teacher's Certificate, or eligibility for teacher certification in the Province of Manitoba.
- A degree in Music Education.
- A strong background in music and the ability to play piano and conduct choir.
- A strong academic background.
- Demonstrated ability to program and teach the Kindergarten to Grade 6 music program.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess:
- Previous successful teaching experience at the middle years level.
- A Master's Degree in education with specialization in Music Education.
- Familiarity with the Orff and Kodaly methods.
