Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. Is seeking Product Support Supply Chain Manager, reporting to Senior Manager, Supply Chain. As the leader of the Supply Chain team supporting the MHLH program out of Ottawa or Petawawa, ON.
Boeing Global Services - Government (BGS-G) Supply Chain is seeking a highly accountable and proactive First Line Manager to lead the supply chain team supporting the Chinook (CH147F) fleet of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF). This critical leadership role reports to the Sr Supply Chain Manager based in Ridley Park, PA, but is accountable to the Chinook Canada Program Manager for all supply chain requirements including strategic risk management, resolution plans for critical material issues and opportunity action plans on the program. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership over program obligations and serve as the integration link to the larger Boeing Supply Chain enterprise.
You will lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration and customer focus. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills who can navigate complex supply chain challenges within a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and manage a cross-functional Supply Chain team that supports the CH147F Medium to Heavy Lift Helicopter (MHLH) Program.
- Demonstrate servant leadership to a geographically dispersed, locally hired team by removing barriers, championing a customer-first culture, and promoting professional growth.
- Manage material requirements and logistical flow for the operational fleet at 450 Tactical Helicopter Squadron (THS) – Petawawa, ON, supported by the wholesale warehouse in Renfrew, ON.
- Oversee planning and replenishment of customer Deployment Kits, providing virtual, at times evenings and weekend, support during active deployments and coordinating emergent material needs with the Program Field Office Manager
- Drive alignment and integration between the MHLH Program and Boeing US supporting sites, ensuring timely resolution of urgent (AOG) issues, strategic supplier relationships, and diminishing sources of supply action plans.
- Develop and maintain key supplier relationships critical to the long-term sustainment of the CH147F fleet, including conducting periodic supplier site visits, leading review meetings, and supporting the qualification and stand-up of new suppliers.
- Own and report on performance metrics, including contractual KPIs and non-contractual measures, developing Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) and Get to Green (GtG) plans to maintain or improve performance.
- Collaborate closely within the Program’s Integrated Product Team (IPT) framework, aligning with finance, engineering, field support, maintenance, IT, and supplier management to deliver outcome-based solutions.
- Communicate complex supply chain issues clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain roles, including planning, procurement, asset management, supply chain strategy and supply chain execution.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience managing in a matrix organization and supporting supply chain elements of a Government, Aerospace and/or Military programs.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Canada and the USA as required.
- Must consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment.
- Must be eligible for Secret Level II security clearance.
- Individuals must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
- Familiarity with Boeing supply chain systems and tools preferred.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation.
- Experience with Government of Canada, DND or RCAF Prime Contracted and/or subcontracted Programs.
- Knowledge of the CH147F platform Supply Chain and Programs requirements.
- Active Secret Level II.
- General Aviation or Aerospace interest, Pilot License or flying experience.
