About the role
The Team Lead, Data & Analytics Will
- Training & Support: Provide ongoing training, support, and peer reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency in analysis. Assist with work during peak periods.
- People Management: Manage a team of benefit analysts, conducting regular check-ins for development and goal alignment. Collaborate with Director/Manager on performance assessments and solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with consultants to manage deliverable expectations and ensure balanced workloads for analysts.
- Issue Resolution: Address errors and operational challenges, collaborating with the team to resolve and prevent issues.
- Workflow Management: Oversee task prioritization, monitor analyst capacity, and track deliverable progress.
- Technical Resource: Offer technical expertise and guidance on complex issues to consultants, account managers, and analysts.
- Project Support: Contribute to key projects by providing subject matter expertise and supporting project implementation.
- Change Management: Lead the adoption of new processes and tools, including training for smooth transitions.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends to ensure alignment with best practices.
