Platform and Contract Manager Warrior Health
About the role
Make a difference in a growing, innovative mental health organization and centre of excellence in people-centered care. Work with supportive colleagues who are passionate about improving lives and champions for quality and continuous learning.
As our Platform and Contract Manager – Warrior Health, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the Warrior Health online and mobile web platform, while also coordinating service contracts with public safety organizations across Ontario. You'll be a key connection point between internal teams, consortium partners, and end-users — ensuring the platform functions effectively, securely, and responsively to the needs of our partners.
If you’re motivated by work that has a direct impact on the mental health of first responders, and you’re excited by the intersection of technology, customer experience and service delivery, you’ll love it here.
This is a hybrid role based in Guelph, with flexibility to work from home and the office. Occasional travel may be required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Warrior Health online and mobile platforms, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability in coordination with Homewood’s technology teams
- Plan and coordinate system enhancements based on user and stakeholder feedback to improve functionality and user experience
- Serve as a primary liaison between Homewood Health, Wounded Warriors Canada, and other consortium partners to support collaboration, communication, and strategic alignment
- Oversee onboarding and setup of public safety organizations (PSOs) on the platform, including contract validation, service activation, and accurate tracking of service usage and invoicing
- Maintain and update PSO contract records, monitoring service lifecycles, renewals, and expirations to ensure continuous service access
- Produce and share regular reporting on platform usage, service utilization, and outcome data in alignment with contractual and strategic requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Research and Outcomes, to integrate Measurement-Based Care data into reporting and evaluation processes
- Contribute to business cases and RFP responses; support the development of new offerings and service expansions in partnership with Sales
- Capture, organize, and analyze stakeholder feedback to help prioritize platform improvements and inform future development
- Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss platform performance, identify opportunities, and support growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role, including customer success, project coordination, platform support, or business development
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a passion for supporting those who serve
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects, timelines and competing priorities
- Familiarity with web and mobile technology platforms, technical problem solving and the ability to understand and translate stakeholder needs into system improvements
- Comfortable interpreting and presenting data; highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Articulate verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with contract management or service delivery platforms is a strong asset
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
- Knowledge of the first responder/public safety community is a strong asset
