Experience in project coordination or project management, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress against objectives. Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools to interpret operational metrics and inform decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with skill in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination. Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through. Comfort with remote work tools and digital collaboration platforms; ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous experience in operations, business administration, or a related field; experience in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
