We’re seeking a dynamic, strategic partner with expertise in project finance to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical professional who thrives on delivering high-impact insights and influencing executive decision-making.
In this role, you’ll provide in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support project planning and execution, developing financial models to evaluate project performance and profitability. Leveraging your financial and business acumen, you’ll identify and assess financial risks associated with projects, develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure financial stability. You’ll work closely with Strategy team, project managers, and business leads to ensure alignment and drive successful project outcomes.
You’ll also prepare comprehensive financial reports and build dashboards to present data in an accessible, actionable manner, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of project financials.

Additional Job Description What you’ll do:
- Understand specific business domain(s) and drive insights from data, ensuring needs are met
- Create analytics solutions from a large variety of structures and sources
- Work with stakeholders and teams to ensure analysis is understandable and actionable across subject areas
- Analyze and reveal insights to decision makers, and help with sense-making and recommendations
What We’re Looking For
- An analytical thinker who can design and develop strategies to assist business users in quickly finding the information they need to make better business decisions
- Creative problem-solver with strong research and analytical skills
- Relationship-builder comfortable making recommendations for improvements in data process and quality
What You’ll Need
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business or economics with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in finance and accounting – at least 4 of which are specifically in project finance. An MBA or advanced education in agriculture is considered an asset
- CPA or CFA designation
- Extensive experience in business case evaluation, financial modeling & analysis, budgeting, forecasting
- Experience in articulating complex information to senior leaders in easily understood and actionable insight
- Experience in collaborating with business, strategy, and other cross functional partners to develop business case assumptions and analysis
- Experience in developing management reporting, knowledge of data manipulation and management tools, with a mastery of data visualization tools
