Description
We are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Coordinator for a 3-month contract from August - October, 2025 with the possibility for the successful candidate to continue into the next season (March - October, 2026).
Seasonal (up to 40hrs/week)
As Food and Beverage Coordinator you will assist the F&B department in creating an outstanding guest experience on our dockside patio and onboard our three sightseeing and dining vessels by accurately and efficiently procuring goods, managing inventory ordering, stocking, tracking, and maintaining organizational standards.

Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and professional approach to customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Competency with MS Office (with a focus on excel and power point)
- Knowledge and experience with Point-of-Sale software
- Administrative support experience considered an asset.
- Previous experience in HR an asset
Responsibilities:
- Perform Food and Beverage/Operations Supply Procurement
- Plan and execute onboarding as needed
- Maintain all service crew employee files
- Coordinate wage and training subsidies where applicable
- Department Support
- Human Resource Support
- Implement and maintain F&B inventory system

Compensation
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour

The Trolley route covers all of Kingston's historic old town and shopping district, as far east as Fort Henry and as far west as the Kingston Penitentiary. In the summer season the Trolley makes nine stops at our most popular visitor destinations, including Fort Henry, the Penitentiary Museum, and Queen's University; you can hop off at any stop, stay for as long as you like, and then hop back on and continue your tour.
