WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
T his role is to deliver exemplary guest experience during both banquet setup and service, in accordance with the Banquet Event Orders.

Prepares banquet areas for meals and coffee services.

Interacts professionally with guests, delivering positive and professional service during all food services
-
Serves customers according to standards and liquor laws; maintains a clean bar, service area and bus bar items.

Assists with general cleaning, organizing storage rooms, small wares inventory.

Able to work afternoon and late evenings - Sometimes to Midnight

Able to be on feet for long periods of time
