Introduction We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Client Service Manager to join our team at a leading Insurance Brokerage in Barrie, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client service within the insurance industry and a passion for providing exceptional service to our commercial clients.
Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Oversee the client service team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Collaborate with underwriters and other departments to facilitate the smooth processing of client requests and claims.

Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to identify opportunities for additional services and improvements.

Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client service or account management within the insurance sector.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of various insurance products and services.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
