This role is responsible for leading the entire marketing function, including strategy development, execution, digital presence, content creation, and lead generation. The Marketing Manager will build and scale the marketing engine and play a pivotal role in supporting growth throughout the organization.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

• Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy focused on SEO, content, social media, and measurable lead generation
• Strengthen market presence through clear messaging, compelling content, and consistent brand execution across a variety of platforms
• Build effective lead tracking processes, connecting website activity to the CRM and supporting the sales funnel with high quality inbound opportunities
• Own and manage trade show planning, event execution, and supporting collateral to drive customer engagement and visibility

Your strengths include:

• 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, energy, engineering, or other technical sectors
• Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, content development, analytics, CRM integration, and social media)
• Hands on ability to create content, manage campaigns, and collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams
• Comfort working in a growing company where you will roll up your sleeves, build structure, and drive measurable impact
